Membership terms and conditions for the "RELIABLE COMPANY CERTIFICATE" program

1. General Provisions 1.1. The “Reliable Company Certificate” membership program (hereinafter: “Program”) is operated by [Name of the Organizer], based in [address], the registered owner of the “Reliable Company Certificate” word and graphic trademark. 1.2. These terms govern the rules of participation, rights and obligations of members, and conditions for using the trademark.

2. Membership Eligibility 2.1. Any business entity from any country that accepts these terms and adheres to the rules for using the mark in accordance with local intellectual property laws may join the Program. 2.2. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to the Program without providing a reason.

3. Member Rights 3.1. Members receive a non-exclusive, revocable, and limited right to use the “Reliable Company Certificate” mark for promotional and marketing purposes, in accordance with the Organizer’s guidelines. 3.2. This right does not constitute a formal trademark license and expires upon termination of membership. 3.3. The Member agrees not to attempt to register the “Reliable Company Certificate” mark (or any variations thereof) as a trademark, trade name, domain, or any other form of legal protection in any jurisdiction.

4. Member Obligations 4.1. Members are obliged to:

  • use the mark in accordance with the Organizer’s guidelines,

  • not harm the reputation or integrity of the mark,

  • cease use of the mark upon termination of membership.

5. Fees and Membership Period 5.1. Membership is subject to fees in accordance with the current pricing published at www.reliablecompanycertificate.com. 5.2. The membership period is 12 months, with the possibility of renewal.

6. Data Protection 6.1. Personal data of participants are processed in accordance with the GDPR and, for participants outside the European Union, in accordance with applicable local data protection laws. The data controller is [name of the entity].

7. Final Provisions 7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms. 7.2. For matters not regulated herein, the relevant provisions of Polish and EU law shall apply.
