1. Company Application
Complete the online application form by providing your company details and accepting the personal data processing agreement (GDPR). After submitting the application, you will receive payment instructions for the verification and program participation fee.
2. Verification Fee
To initiate the verification process, a one-time fee of USD 99 must be paid to the specified bank account.
The fee covers document analysis, data verification, and activation of participation in the Reliable Company Certificate program.
3. Business Verification
We verify whether the company is legally registered in its country of operation and has been active for a minimum of 12 months. Only official government business registries are used for this verification.
4. References (for B2B Companies)
Companies operating in a B2B model are required to submit at least three positive business references from clients issued within the last twelve (12) months.
5. Website and Contact Information
The company must operate an active website containing complete and up-to-date contact details, including address, email, and phone number.
6. Customer Reviews (for B2C Companies)
Companies providing services directly to individual consumers should demonstrate an average rating of at least 4.5 out of 5 on recognized review platforms (e.g. Google, Trustpilot, Yelp).
7. Certificate Award
Following successful verification, the company is awarded the Reliable Company Certificate and becomes a participant in the program, with the right to communicate this distinction and present the program quality mark in marketing materials and on its website, in accordance with program guidelines.
